Executive Leadership Series for Small Agencies
We have a strong commitment to support small agencies which are often able to respond to the emerging needs of New York City’s most vulnerable young people and play an instrumental role in the growth of the afterschool field. We believe that small youth-serving organizations have the same needs as larger organizations but require these services to be provided in ways that can be utilized by small, often overworked staff who fill multiple roles throughout the course of a single day. PASE’s Executive Leadership Series for Small Agencies is designed to meet some of these needs.
Our Executive Leadership Series for Small Agencies allows executive director of agencies with organization and/or youth budgets of $500,000 or less to gather for facilitated roundtable discussions to plan for their agency’s future, share resources and build partnerships with organizations facing similar challenges.
