Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution and effective communication are the cornerstones of healthy relations and program dynamics.
Registration will open 10/23.
In this in-person session, participants will:
- Gain new strategies not only for dealing positively with conflict, but also for helping children and youth manage conflicts
- Have the opportunity to practice conflict mediation skills through role-plays and active listening.
This session is part of the Foundational Series for Line Staff. These introductory sessions provide new line staff with the foundational information they need to support the healthy development of children and youth in afterschool programs. Each topic will be offered multiple times. Attendees register for individual sessions.
