Finding Balance in Non-Profit Work: Tips for Avoiding Burnout

November 09, 2023 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Working as a non-profit service provider can be challenging. Chronically under-resourced, yet with mounting responsibilities, youth program staff frequently feel overwhelmed and need help to keep up with increased demands to meet the needs of young people and their families.

Registration begins 10/23.

Join us for an interactive workshop on managing workplace stress. Together, we will explore the psychological roots of burnout and its impact on staff morale in high-pressure work environments. We will share evidence-based strategies for creating systems and structures that proactively prevent burnout by making routine work feel more manageable, helping staff more comfortably and effectively adapt to change and respond to crises, and enabling and encouraging staff to disconnect from their jobs to recharge.
