You’ve collected data—now what? In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how to turn evaluation and informal data collection into meaningful insights, practical improvements, and compelling stories. Designed for afterschool and school-based professionals, this session will walk participants through in-house data analysis tools and techniques, protocols for gathering informal data in school settings, and strategies for using findings to enhance programming and secure funding. Whether you’re a data beginner or just looking for ways to make evaluation more actionable, this session offers accessible tools and real-world examples to help you move from data to impact.
