From Discord to Dialogue: Strategies for Successful Staff Mediation

June 12, 2024 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

A workshop for DYCD funded organizations

In order to register for this event you need to create an account or first.

Join this online workshop to learn how to mediate staff conflicts and how to more successfully manage interpersonal conflict.

Conflict with colleagues can undermine a staff member’s effectiveness at work and contribute to stress and burnout. Mediation is a successful, confidential, process that is used to resolve disputes. It provides a safe way to talk through issues while figuring out the best way to move forward together. Participants will learn how to self-regulate their emotions, communicate their needs in an assertive manner, and develop a healthy mindset when addressing conflicts in the future.

This workshop is intended for DYCD funded organizations. This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $230 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for cancelling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
