Grateful on GivingTuesday

Paseteamgt2020

As we reflect on this challenging year, we are finding ourselves filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and want to express our profound appreciation to the entire PASE community.

Thank you to the community-based organizations who, when thrust onto the frontlines of the pandemic, adapted your services to meet the urgent needs of your communities, providing food, PPE, laptops, shelter, childcare, virtual education, counseling, and so much more.

Thank you to the outstanding afterschool educators for working tirelessly to deliver innovative programming and staying connected with and caring for the children of this city who have needed you the most. All while balancing the needs of your own children, friends, and families.

Thank you to the children of NYC, for your courage, your resilience, and for inspiring us all, reminding us that there is a brighter future ahead.

And finally, thank you to our donors and supporters who enabled PASE to rapidly respond to this crisis by providing a network of support as well as free and responsive virtual offerings to the afterschool community, empowering frontline workers to be there for the children who needed them most.

Thank you, from all of us at PASE!

Unfortunately, our work is far from over, and the tasks ahead of us are daunting. For 27 years PASE has built a foundation that has prepared us for the challenges ahead, but we will need your support. As New Yorkers, we know that we're stronger when we work together.

This #GivingTuesday, please consider supporting PASE.

Together, we can continue to build brighter futures for our city’s young people.

PASE believes all kids deserve a safe, nurturing space during out-of-school time where they have opportunities to explore their passions while connecting with and learning from caring adults. We exist to improve the quality of afterschool programs for children and teens living in poverty.
