The Human Services Career Advancement Scholarship (HSCAS) is the City’s landmark program offering eligible human services workers at City-contracted agencies an opportunity to advance in their careers by earning a CUNY degree. The program is currently accepting applications from individuals recently accepted to Associate and Bachelor degree programs at Borough of Manhattan Community College, College of Staten Island, Hunter College, Kingsborough Community College, Lehman College, School of Professional Studies, School of Public Health, and York College.
