2018 Harbor Youth Conference

The 2018 Harbor Youth Conference is a three-day event providing a platform for students of Boys & Girls Harbor to voice their opinions, demonstrate their knowledge, and propose imaginative and sound solutions to a number of timely issues affecting adults and children alike, including equity, justice, and human dignity. The conference takes place from April 25 - 27, 2018 and the public is invited. Events include: Panel Discussion, Harbor Capstone Expo, and Harbor Ensemble Performance and Donor Reception. Advance registration required for all. Some fees apply.

The Business of Doing Good Social Entrepreneurship Program for Youth

The Business of Doing Good is a five-week (July 30 - August 3, 2018) social entrepreneurship program for rising 6th - rising 9th graders who want to meet people who are changing the world, meet entrepreneurs, and develop the skills to become a social entrepreneur. There are a limited number of scholarships available. If you are an educator or youth development professional that would like to nominate a child who is an out of the box thinker, charismatic, innovative, and cannot otherwise afford to attend a program like this, please send the parent/guardian name and contact information, student's name, age, school, and 2- 3 sentences for nomination rationale and child's interests to Call (650) 245-9218 for more information.
