FASFA Series

The new Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) was supposed to make filing for financial aid easier. Instead, delays, technical glitches, and mistakes with the FAFSA rollout have disrupted the college admissions process this year. The Harvard Graduate School for Education has launched a FASFA Series to provide advice for how students, families, and colleges can best navigate the recent changes.

TKS Accelerator Program

TKS is the world’s top innovation program for students aged 13-17. The program is designed to make students future-ready with the tools and mindsets needed to solve important problems in the world. Participants gain real-world work experience with organizations like Google, Meta, Airbnb, the United Nations, and Mastercard and develop a portfolio of projects that can be used to stand out in university applications, internships, and more. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2024

2024 NYC Youth Agenda

Each year, the NYC Youth Agenda Steering Committee develops their annual Youth Agenda and policy recommendations by analyzing the Youth Ask Youth survey results, hosting policy generation events, and engaging in conversations with youth from all over New York City. On April 15, 2024, they will present the 2024 NYC Youth Agenda which includes their findings and policy recommendations in the areas of: mental health, environmental justice, housing security, education equity, and economic mobility. Registration is now open
