How do I get everyone to work together to make our program great?

With the recent publication of the 3rd Edition of the Quality Self-Assessment (QSA) Tool, this session focuses on how to use the tool to promote ongoing quality improvement in youth programs. Emphasis will be on the role of the leader in knowing the process, managing the process, and keeping stakeholders involved. This session will model elements of the consensus process and highlight free resources from the Network for Youth Success website that support the QSA Tool and highlight updates to the tool. Participants are encouraged to bring their stories of using the QSA--successes and challenges--to share.
