Partnership for After School Education

A citywide forum and fair for staff of New York City community-based, afterschool and college prep programs working with low-income, historically underrepresented, and first generation college students to meet the goal of attending and graduating college.

Co-sponsored by New York University, the program will include panel discussions focused on how community-based organizations (CBOs) and higher education institutions can work more effectively together to support college access and persistence.

CBOs will also have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with college representatives to learn about their admission requirements and services they provide to encourage students to apply, thrive in, and graduate from their schools.
