Partnership for After School Education

Understanding the needs through various stages of youth development help staff to better meet the needs of their youth.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the stages of child and youth development to gain a broader understanding of the needs of children and youth;
  • Engage in activities that support the healthy development of children and youth and learn how to integrate activities that support various developmental levels and stages.

This is an introductory level session intended for direct service staff.

​Jenny Seaquist

Ms. Seaquist has been an Arts Educator for over 30 years. She creates and directs residencies on topics ranging from conflict resolution to Shakespeare to all ages including special needs populations. As Education Director for Plays for Living, she supervised all aspects of their AIDP and United Way Initiatives.
