Where can I register?

You can register by visiting the conference registration page. Registration will begin on June 10.

What do I do if my organization requires an invoice in order to pay for the conference?

Please email us at conference@pasesetter.org to request an invoice. Use the subject line "Invoice Request for 2019 PASE Conference" to ensure a timely response. In your email, please be sure to state exactly what information needs to be on the invoice in order for you to request your check.

Can I pay for the conference with a purchase order (PO)?

Yes. However, a credit card will be required to hold places for registrants from your site. The credit card will only be charged if the payment has not been received by July 9, 2019. Please call PASE at 212-571-2664 to reserve your place.

Are scholarships available?

Some scholarships are available for small agencies. To request a small agency scholarship, email us at conference@pasesetter.org with the subject line "Small Agency Scholarship Request" or call PASE at 212-571-2664.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the event (July 9) less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 9. However, you may substitute a participant. You may request a refund by emailing us at conference@pasesetter.org

Can I replace one of the people registered from my site?

Yes. Please send an email to conference@pasesetter.org. The subject line must read "Replacement for 2019 PASE Conference". In order to guarantee that the replacement will be made, please include the following information in your email:

Site Name (if applicable)

Site Address

Name of registrant you want to replace

Name of replacement

Replacement's email address

Replacement's job function (Choose one of the following: Executive Management, Multi-site Director, Supervisor (Program or Site), K-12 School Personnel, Direct Service Staff, Capacity Builder or Higher Ed Personnel)

What time does the conference begin?

Check-in begins at 8:15 am. The program begins at 9:00 am.

Where is the conference? How do I get there?

Baruch College, Vertical Campus. 55 Lexington Avenue (24th Street), New York, NY 10010. Please visit the Baruch College website for directions to their Manhattan campus and the best transportation options.

Will there be parking available?

Parking is available at several locations near Baruch College. For more information, please refer to the Baruch College website. Please note, the cost of parking is not included in your conference registration.

What workshops will be offered at the conference?

Check the conference page for a list of workshops.

When will I be able to choose which workshops I would like to attend?

Workshops are chosen the day of the conference and will be closed after room capacity is reached.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance for the conference?

Certificates will be available for those workshops that fulfill SACC training topics as noted in the workshop descriptions.

Will there be vegetarian meals or meals for those with dietary restrictions?

Vegetarian meals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not able to accommodate other dietary restrictions.
