Successful program operations requires effective strategies for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

In this session, participants will:

  • Review communication strategies with stakeholders (staff, parents, youth, school, CBO, etc.)
  • Reflect on how to include a DEI lens to this process
  • Explore how time management and delegation can also support successful program administrative systems
