Youth development teams guide young people at the crossroads of growing and healing through difficult circumstances. At times, it can be difficult to know what might promote hope.

Participants will practice tools such as

  1. Mapping intergenerational healing & well-being
  2. Developing "hope hacks"
  3. Exploring the utility of posttraumatic growth as a framework-- including vicarious posttraumatic growth for workers!
