Foundational Series for Line Staff: Conflict Resolution

This online workshop will cover the basics of conflict resolution and effective communication.

By exploring the roots of conflict, participants will gain new strategies not only forĀ dealing positively with conflict, but also forĀ helping children and youth manage conflicts. Participants will have the opportunity to practice conflict mediation skills through role-plays and active listening.
