STEM Early Career Pipeline

March 12, 2026 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

How do we support students not just to enter STEM, but to see themselves as capable, confident STEM professionals?

In order to register for this event you need to or first.

This online workshop explores how STEM identity formation, belonging, and early career preparation shape long-term success in STEM pathways.

Participants will examine strategies for nurturing students’ confidence, curiosity, and persistence in STEM, especially during critical early-career stages. We’ll explore practical ways to help students connect classroom learning to real-world STEM careers, understand emerging workforce trends, and develop future-ready skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and effective communication.
