Supervisors Series: Effective Administrative Systems for Supervisors

In this online session, participants will review communication strategies with stakeholders (staff, parents, youth, school, CBO, etc.) and reflect on how to include a DEI lens to this process. They will also explore how time management and delegation can also support successful program administrative systems.
