In order to register for this event you need to or first.

This online interactive, dynamic workshop equips after-school staff with simple, accessible tools to integrate photography into their programs as a powerful strategy for community engagement and community pride. As participants explore hands-on activities that help young people identify and capture the incredibly stimulating and exciting visuals our New York communities provide, they will discover their existing skills and assets as after-school professionals. The session emphasizes low-cost, easy-to-implement approaches using everyday technology and offers practical facilitation techniques to enable immediate implementation. Participants will leave with adaptable project ideas they can immediately use to provide opportunities for immersive activities in their community. Bring your cell phone, bring your ideas, and get ready to participate.
