Summary

Our Beacon After-School Program is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated Group Leaders to join our team! Group Leaders will help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and enjoy their time after school.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an after-school, educational, recreational, or youth program setting is preferred.
Responsible, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.

Duties

Supervise and engage students in daily after-school activities.
Assist with homework support, enrichment clubs, recreational activities, and special projects.
Build positive relationships with students and encourage teamwork and participation.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Support classroom management and follow program policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and program staff.
