Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and student-centered Program Manager for College Success to lead the implementation and growth of our college success and completion programming. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, student-centered team and help shape the future of a growing college success program.
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, creativity, and leadership potential—someone who sees this work not just as a job, but as a pathway to long-term impact in students’ lives. The Program Manager will play a key role in strengthening our postsecondary strategy and growing our college support infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience working with college students in an advising, coaching, student support, or nonprofit program capacity
  • Deep commitment to equity, educational access, and student success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience planning programs and events for student audiences
  • Organized, responsive, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic CRM use preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Candidates with interest in program leadership, education equity, and nonprofit strategy are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Navigate’s College Success program
    Provide direct coaching and mentorship to college students (virtual and in-person)
  • Track student progress and outcomes; maintain accurate data and reports
    Coordinate workshops, webinars, and alumni panels focused on academic support, financial aid, and career readiness
  • Collaborate with families and support networks to ensure students are connected to the resources they need
  • Manage communications and build community within Navigate’s college student cohort
  • Contribute to ongoing strategic planning and program improvement
    Represent Navigate at events and community gatherings
