19th Annual Smith College Poetry Prize for High School Girls in New England & New York

Smith College is currently running their annual High School Poetry Prize. The winner receives a $500 prize from The Poetry Center in recognition of her outstanding work. Additionally, the winner and finalists are invited to share their work at an evening reading at Smith College on April 8, 2025 – they will also spend the day at the college, meeting as a small group with the judge to discuss poetry. Read more about the full criteria on their website, and submit poems online by December 1, 2024
