2025-2027 Annie E. Casey Foundation Children and Family Fellowship

The Annie E. Casey Foundation is currently seeking nominations for the 2025-2027 cohort of The Children and Family Fellowship, their sig­na­ture pro­gram to devel­op the poten­tial of lead­ers in pub­lic, non­prof­it and phil­an­thropic orga­ni­za­tions work­ing to improve out­comes for chil­dren, youth and fam­i­lies. This inten­sive applied lead­er­ship cur­ricu­lum gives child- and fam­i­ly-serv­ing pro­fes­sion­als the con­fi­dence and com­pe­tence to lead major sys­tem reforms and com­mu­ni­ty change ini­tia­tives that get equi­table results, while connecting with a cohort of peers from across the country. Applicants should have 10 years of diverse professional experience in the social sector, a track record of career advancement, a commitment to supporting communities that have been under resourced, a strong understanding of equity, and an openness to self-reflection and feedback.
