2025 Just Democracy for All Organizing Fellowship with GenVote

The Just Democracy for All (JDA) Organizing Fellowship is an opportunity to join a national movement and youth-led cohort dedicated to reimagining a just democracy for all. This program is a paid opportunity for 15 working-class fellows, ages 15-34, to develop as leaders in the GenVote network with coaching and training. Organizing fellows will be expected to commit 10-12 hours a week for 12 weeks between late August to mid-November and will be supported with a stipend (up to $1,200). The commitment includes weekly community cohort calls, GenVote skill-based trainings and workshops, building and executing direct actions, Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts, and local organizing activities with GenVote Team and Hub members. At the end of the program, fellows are invited to continue organizing with the movement, receive access to an online resource library and training intake process, and are invited to attend future national convenings. Applications can be submitted via a Google Form and the application window will close on August 20, 2025.
