A Parent's Guide to STEM

The New York Urban League has released A Parent's Guide to STEM, which is designed to help dispel common myths about STEM fields, connect STEM to everyday life, and provide a pathway for exploration of these fields. The target audience is caregivers of middle or high school youth who are not yet familiar with the growing career fields influenced by STEM. The goal of the guide is to be a valuable tool to encourage youth to become creators and innovators in the nation's rapidly expanding information economy.
