Afterschool Photography Program with NYC Salt

NYC Salt is recruiting students for their free afterschool photography program for high school students. The program occurs once a week from September 2025 - June 2026 for three hours per session, integrating advanced photography and visual arts instruction, 1:1 mentorship with industry professionals, portfolio development, and college guidance. Salt's extensive creative network means that this residency revolves around one-of-a-kind learning opportunities, including workshops with professional photographers, field trips to major cultural institutions, and more. All students get a Nikon mirrorless camera system to use for the year. No prior photography experience is required. Applications are due June 30, 2025. Email Alicia (alicia@nycsalt.org) with any questions.
