Social Justice Summer Institute with the YA-YA Network

The YA-YA Network is seeking passionate, motivated young people (ages 15-19) interested in activism and social justice to join their Summer Institute. The Summer Institute takes place Tuesday, June 30, 2026 - Thursday, August 13, 2026 , Monday – Thursday from 10:00 AM – 4:00PM each day at their Manhattan location (135 West 36th Street, New York, NY 10018). Summer Institute is a radical learning experience through which participants learn how to take on a leadership position in social justice movements. In this 7-week stipended program, youth are trained in anti-oppression, organizing skills, and political education through transformative workshops and visits to city-wide organizations fighting for change. This is a great opportunity both for youth new to advocacy and organizing, as well as those with more experience.  Submit an application by the final deadline of June 8, 2026.
