Behavioral Design for Equitable Workplaces

Despite our best intentions, inequity in the workplace is often maintained by the systems we put in place. That's why changing processes often has a greater impact on promoting equity and inclusion than efforts to change employee attitudes. Join the NYC Behavioral Design Center on March 7 and 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, for a two-part workshop that teaches how to reduce the effects of bias by fixing the processes or structures used in staff recruiting, assessment, hiring, onboarding, supervision, and performance management. Registration is now open.
