Bystander Intervention Trainings

Join YWCA's Step In & Stop It sessions for a powerful Spring of creating change in NYC. From April through June 2023, the YWCA-NYC's youth advocates will lead free bystander intervention trainings for residents across the five boroughs. Each session teaches causes of bias-motivated harassment and effective strategies for safely intervening in daily instances of racism and gender oppression. Workshops and presentations are open to all interested in learning ways to stop bigotry and hate. Registration is now open.
