Capacity Building Resources for Non-Profits

NYC Service is currently accepting applications for education and youth-focused non-profits to serve as partners in their NYC Civic Corps program. Launched in 2009, NYC Civic Corps is an AmeriCorps program that builds the volunteer program capacity at non-profit partners in NYC to address critical needs in the education and youth development field. NYC Service recruits and places AmeriCorps members to serve full time at select non-profits from September 2024 - June 2025. Members receive a stipend, professional development trainings, monthly MetroCards, and non-profit exposure. To learn more, contact servicerecruitment@cityhall.nyc.gov. Applications are due January 31, 2024.

PASE believes all kids deserve a safe, nurturing space during out-of-school time where they have opportunities to explore their passions while connecting with and learning from caring adults. We exist to improve the quality of afterschool programs for children and teens living in poverty.
