Coming Home: Transitioning Back into the Community

Coming Home: Transitioning Back into the Community - A Resource Directory was created to assist New York City youth involved in the juvenile criminal justice system, including young people who have spent time in detention. Put together by members of the Interagency Coordinating Council Court-Involved Youth Work Group, the guide provides information on resources in the areas of education, employment, health, family services, substance/alcohol use, housing, and legal advocacy.

PASE believes all kids deserve a safe, nurturing space during out-of-school time where they have opportunities to explore their passions while connecting with and learning from caring adults. We exist to improve the quality of afterschool programs for children and teens living in poverty.
