Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum​ Free Teen Programs

Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum offers free teen programs throughout the academic school year to high school students. October offerings include: Design Fest on October 13, 2018 where audiences of all ages are invited to play designer, learn new design skills, and explore the museum; Teen Design Fair on October 16, 2018 where teens learn about design careers and education opportunities from National Design Award winners and jurors, professional designers, and college representatives; and Design Scholars, a program offering hands-on workshops with professional designers, design studio visits, and college tours. Applications for both semesters of the Design Scholars program are reviewed on a rolling basis.
