Credit for Learning: Making Learning Count Outside of School

A new toolkit from the Afterschool Alliance can help your afterschool state network advocate for credit-for-learning opportunities and begin a conversation with policymakers about bringing extended learning opportunities to your community. Through credit-for-learning opportunities, youth delve into a subject of their choice, build career skills and foster relationships with industry mentors, and engage with learning outside of the classroom while earning school credit and complementing their school day curriculum.
