CRE's Leadership Caucus

Applications are now open for Community Resource Exchange (CRE)'s 2014-2015 Leadership Caucus for Executive Directors with five or fewer years of experience in the position. Participants strengthen leadership skills, gain a better understanding of how decisions may impact their organizations, and discuss management issues in an open and supportive environment. The cohort meets for a total of ten sessions over eight months. Each session is led by a senior member of CRE’s consulting staff with expertise in a particular area and provides insights into leadership challenges and gives attendees the knowledge needed to move their organization forward. The program costs $7,000, and scholarship funding may be available. The application deadline is October 31, 2014.
