Youth Media Fellowship with DCTV

Are you passionate about film, storytelling, or making media that inspires change? The DCTV Youth Media Fellowship 2026–2027 is now accepting applications from high school students in grades 9-12. The DCTV Youth Media Fellowship is an 8-month intensive filmmaking program for NYC students in Grades 9–12 who want to develop their creative voice and learn professional media production skills. Throughout the fellowship, you'll gain hands-on experience in documentary, narrative and experimental filmmaking, camera operation, video editing, interviewing techniques, media literacy, and story development and production.
