First Gen Fellowships from First Gen Fund

First Gen Fund is awarding 50 First Gen Fellowships in Fall 2025. Each fellowship is a $1000 grant providing hardship relief to first generation undergraduate or graduate students, to be used for educational expenses (e.g. fees, books, housing, basic needs, professional development opportunities and activities, transportation related to school, and other education-related expenses). Students can read full details and eligibility criteria on the First Gen Fund website. Winners will be announced on National First-Gen Day on November 8, 2025. Applications should be submitted electronically by August 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time.
