Justice Ambassador Youth Council

The Justice Ambassador Youth Council (JAYC) is a paid 12-week social action and life skills building educational seminar from The Center for Justice at Columbia University that brings together government officials and 18-25 year-olds, many of whom are legal system impacted or gang involved and come from New York City’s most under-served neighborhoods. The Fall 2023 cohort will run from September 9, 2023 to December 5, 2023. Applications are now open.

PASE believes all kids deserve a safe, nurturing space during out-of-school time where they have opportunities to explore their passions while connecting with and learning from caring adults. We exist to improve the quality of afterschool programs for children and teens living in poverty.
