Meeting the Job Challenges of Nonprofit Leaders: A Fieldbook on Strategies and Action

Community Resource Exchange (CRE) has released a new book, Meeting the Job Challenges of Nonprofit Leaders: A Fieldbook on Strategies and Action published in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership. Written by CRE consultants Jean Lobell, Mohan Sikka and Pavitra Menon, this book serves as a guide for nonprofit leaders looking to strengthen their leadership and management practices. It explores the key issues facing nonprofit leaders and offers concrete tips and resources for enhancing on-the-job development, supervision, staffing, stakeholder ties, and strategy and management.
