New Resources and Supports through Coalition for Youth Development Intermediaries
The Coalition of Youth Development Intermediaries (CYDI) is a collective aimed at supporting youth-serving nonprofits as they navigate the current policy and funding landscape. CYDI is currently amplifying two new opportunities: technical assistance consultations for organizations and individual staff support via annual memberships to the NYS Network for Youth Success (including access to an Employee Assistance Program). Areas of support for technical assistance consultations include data management, fiscal management, fundraising, governance, HR/employment law, leadership, mergers/partnerships, and risk management. Individual staff support via NYS Network for Youth Success (NYSNYS) memberships includes EAP access such as mental health counseling, legal and financial consultation, wellness resources, and more.
