NOVA Science Studio

Looking to enhance your science classroom with interactive, student-centered content? Check out the NOVA Science Studio curriculum through PBS LearningMedia. In November 2018, NOVA launched a pilot of NOVA Science Studio at three school sites in the Greater Boston area, during which students produced science news articles and short form videos on topics of their choosing. Now, beginning in Fall 2023, it will be adapted to a decentralized model, where schools will sign up to participate virtually. NOVA will provide video production templates, resources, and guidelines for student videos, including video formatting and the use of third- party materials.
