NYC SALT Photography Program Application Open

NYC SALT has openings for high school students in their free photography workshop and residency programs that start at the end of September 2018 and run through early June 2019. This 36-week Residency Program focuses on photography and college preparation and is intended for students who wish to deepen their understanding and passion for the visual arts. Application deadline is September 21, 2018. In the Workshop Program youth learn how to use a camera, light, find their vision, their voice to tell a story, and more. The program includes field trips to meet some of the leaders working in the visual industry and gain a better understanding of career paths in photography and visual communication.
