NYC SALT's Seeing your City Summer Photo Camp

Seeing your City is a one-week free day camp for middle school students. The camp classes cover the basics of digital photography, teaching students how to see pictures and the world around them through an understanding of composition, light, color and moment. Students will spend at least half of each day taking pictures with cameras provided by the program and practicing what they learn. The camp is taught by a professional photographer and an NYC SALT Studio Residency Program student or alumni. Students who qualify for the free or reduced price lunch program are eligible. Choose from two July sessions. Deadline to apply is June 15, 2016. Download a flyer for more information.
