Research Study on Parents and Special Education Processes through Fordham University

Are you the parent or guardian of a child who currently receives special education services in a New York City public school, or do you know others who are? A PhD student in School Psychology at Fordham University is conducting a brief, anonymous 10–15-minute research study to better understand what families know about their special education rights, like the IEP process, mediation, and due process hearings. Participants can enter a raffle to win one of five $20 gift cards. This study has been reviewed and approved by Fordham University’s Institutional Review Board (IRB). Take the survey or share the survey with eligible participants via the online form. If you have questions, contact: Jessie Pace at jpace12@fordham.edu.
