Restorative Justice Initiative Youth Advocacy Council
Calling youth who are passionate about restorative practices or want to learn more about restorative approaches. Restorative Justice Initiative’s Youth Advocacy Council is looking for new members, and the opportunity is open to high school students in New York City. Responsibilities in this role include every other week council meetings, organizing a collective event in Spring, pursuing an independent RJ-related project, and more. Compensation for this role is $16/hour. This is an excellent opportunity for youth who want to develop leadership, organizing, and facilitation skills, and who want to build community with other likeminded peers.
