Success Plans: Promising Tools for Customizing Student Supports and Opportunities

Education Redesign Lab at Harvard Graduate School of Education released a new report, Success Plans: Promising Tools for Customizing Student Supports and Opportunities, identifying personalized success plans as a promising strategy to support children both in and outside of school. The report profiles 13 organizations and agencies that are already implementing different types of plans to support children’s success and well-being. It also identifies a set of principles and a companion toolkit to guide those interested in developing and implementing these plans.
