MENTOR's Successful Mentoring Program Expansion: Breaking the Mold takes place online on April 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM. The workshop focuses on strategies for program expansion as we deal with repercussions of the pandemic. Facilitators of this session contend that our changing times call for “breaking the mold,” to put down the old ways and to explore new methods that will allow programs to flourish. Panelists will share their ideas around recruiting and retaining mentees, mentors, and staff, along with strategies for seeking funding. Registration is now open.
