Teen Career Connection (TCC) at the West Side YMCA is an unparalleled internship program, providing NYC high schoolers an opportunity to crystallize their career path. TCC prepares students for the workplace by offering intensive professional development, followed by a hands-on learning experience matched to the student's career aspirations.
