Support Emerging Youth Workers through ExpandED

ExpandED Schools has two upcoming opportunities for community-based organizations to serve as placement sites for emerging youth workers and educators. For this upcoming summer, the ExpandED team is looking for Summer Rising sites to host trained high school interns as STEM, Studio Arts, or Culinary Arts Activity Specialists for four weeks between July 5, 2023 and August 18, 2023. Sites can learn more and apply here. Additionally, for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, ExpandED is looking for sites to host 1-3 fellows participating in the Pathways Fellowship, a 10-month program designed for aspiring educators of color. Sites can learn more by attending upcoming info sessions and can apply to host fellows.
