Teaching Artist Tuesdays with the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable

NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is hosting a virtual workshop series, Teaching Artist Tuesdays, in February 2026. This year’s series will feature sessions on the Freelance Isn’t Free Act and legislation that has been established around payment for freelance workers and nonprofits, tips for teaching artists on navigating local benefits systems, and balancing teaching artist work with one’s own artistic practice. These free Zoom sessions will take place from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM on February 10, 2026, February 17, 2026, and February 24, 2026. Head to their website to learn more and to register
