West Side YMCA's Teen Summer Paid Internship

The Westside YMCA's Teen Career Connection is an eight-week comprehensive paid summer internship program, providing NYC youth an unparalleled opportunity. Teens go through two weeks of intensive professional development, followed by six weeks of hands-on learning experience at an organization or business matched to the student's career aspirations. Teens are matched with a professional who serves as their mentor throughout their time in the program. Along with a $1,500 stipend, teens receive an additional $300 stipend to spend on professional attire.
